1. Plug & Hold


Face the stuffy nose season with bravery and get clear nose with simple tricks. The first step is plugging your nose and holding your breath when you feel the sniffles coming your way.

2. Walk & Sit

Take 20 to 30 steps around while holding your nose and breathe. Keep your nose plugged as long as you can. Then, swiftly sit down with your spine straight.

3. Inhale & Exhale


Inhale through your mouth and exhale through the nose. Repeat the process with small breaths and make sure to relax your muscles.
